Potty Training and Walking

So last Saturday we finally started to potty train little miss Audrey. It is actually going really well and I am so proud of her. She has only had a few accidents. But I can't blame her because she runs to the potty every 10 minutes. But I have a few questions out there for all you moms who have gotten past this lovely stage. Well I said she has been doing very well with peeing in the potty but still has not gone poop in the potty. And we put her in pull-ups at night because she does not wake up to pee. So if you all have any advice on pooping in the potty and what I should do to make her not have accidents at night, PLEASE tell!

Now on to my other little one Livvy! She has been taking steps now for a month but has pretty much got the whole walking thing down now. She still crawls most of the time because she is so speedy at it. Boy, how they grow up so fast!!

Hey girl,

Potty Training is not so fun and I am probably not one to give advice it took us awhile but just be patient. Lindsay just started getting up at night on her own she even wakes us up everytime which I love!! But I think with time it will happen! Way to go Livvy, that means its officially been to long since I'v seen you which I already knew because I miss you....

I've only been gone for a week and I'm missing everything! :) I don't envy the potty training thing just yet. At the beach the last thing I want to be running for is a nasty bathroom with Carson. :) See you soon!

I really don't remember but I think Kenna just picked up the poopin thing! LOL I don't remember telling her or really doing anything special for that! At night though, still in a pull up! That takes awhile!!:) Great job livvy!! I love that age but hate that they can get into everything!!:)

Pooping in the potty takes extra time to learn. They have some kind of pre-wired thought that says, "no way". It comes with time and patience. As far as the night thing goes...we kept them in pull-ups at night for months! You have to wait until they master everything and waking themselves up at night. I usually make my kids stop drinking 1/2 - 1 hour before bed. That helps cut down on night time peeing. GOOD LUCK!
You can always call me too!
